Can I open VS 2019 projects in VS 2022?
Yes. VS 2022 is fully backward compatible with projects from VS 2019 and earlier. .sln and .csproj files open without conversion. You can also have VS 2019 and VS 2022 installed side by side. .NET Framework 4.x, .NET Core, and .NET 5 projects work in VS 2022 without changes.
Does the license include GitHub Copilot?
No. GitHub Copilot requires a separate subscription (€10/month for Individual or €19/month for Business).
